*Peter C. Fusaro, Chairman of New York-based Global Change Associates, an energy consultancy (www.global-change.com), is author of The New York Times best seller What Went Wrong at Enron. The author of 13 books on energy and environmental financial markets, Mr. Fusaro advises corporations and financial institutions on clean energy alternative investments and carbon markets. He is advisor to Stella Capital Green Fund (San Francisco) and cofounder of the Energy Hedge Fund Center (www.energyhedgefunds.com). The author holds the Wall Street Green Trading Summit VII (www.wsgts.com) in New York each spring. He graduated from Tufts University with a M.A. in international relations and a B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
