With so many great places to stay, the hardest part is deciding where to visit first. You never have to leave the property if you’re checking into the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. Craftsteak

Joël Robuchon’s eponymous restaurant at MGM Grand is the very definition of fine dining. With the opening of CityCenter and ARIA comes a flood of new restaurants and culinary talents to enjoy. Chef Masayoshi Takayama debuts in Las Vegas with Bar Masa. Wing Lei is a study in classic Chinese cuisine, blending Cantonese, Shanghai and Szechwan styles of cooking under the masterful direction of chef Richard Chen. Try the five-course Peking duck menu, which begins with perfectly prepared classic roast duck and ends with a sinful chocolate dome dessert.
